1. SHIPPING OVERVIEW

All orders placed through www.canalytics.co.za are processed and fulfilled by International Parts Supply (Pty) Ltd, trading as CANALYTICS.

We work with third-party logistics providers and supplier-based fulfilment networks to deliver products efficiently across South Africa.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on stock availability, supplier location, and courier capacity.


2. SHIPPING OPTIONS

We offer the following delivery methods:


STANDARD DELIVERY

  • Delivery Time: Approximately 2–4 business days
  • Cost: R250
  • Free Shipping Threshold: Orders over R1,500 qualify for free standard delivery

Standard delivery is the default option for most orders and is suitable for non-urgent shipments.


EXPRESS DELIVERY

  • Delivery Time: 1–2 business days
  • Cost: R350
  • Free Shipping Threshold: Orders over R1,500 qualify for free express delivery

Express delivery prioritises order handling and courier dispatch for faster transit.


3. FREE SHIPPING CONDITIONS

Free shipping applies automatically to orders exceeding R1,500.

Free shipping is applied based on the selected shipping method:

  • Standard delivery (free over R1,500)
  • Express delivery (free over R1,500)

4. PROCESSING TIMES

  • Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after business hours, weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Processing time is separate from delivery time.


5. STOCK & FULFILMENT

All orders are subject to product availability.

Depending on the item, fulfilment may occur via:

  • Direct supplier dispatch
  • Centralised distribution handling
  • Third-party courier fulfilment partners

If an item is temporarily out of stock, customers will be notified and offered:

  • Backorder option (if applicable)

  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in:
